1. Application Scope

Sosklada is a business-to-business (B2B) mobile application designed exclusively for authorized business users. The application is not intended for individual consumers or children.

Use of the application requires an authorized user account.

2. Data Controller (Company Information)

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide and maintain the service.

3.1 Account and Authentication Information

• Username (e-mail address) and password
• Name, company name and customer (account) code
• Business contact details (such as phone number and address), if provided

Authentication data is stored securely on the device using encrypted storage and transmitted securely to our servers for login purposes. Passwords are never stored or transmitted in plain text.

3.2 Business and Transaction Data

While using the application, users may view or enter:

• Product information
• Order details
• Quantities and prices
• Customer and supplier data related to business transactions

This data is used solely to provide core B2B functionality such as ordering, stock management, and account tracking.

3.3 Camera and Barcode Scanning

The application may request access to the device camera only for barcode scanning purposes. Camera access is used exclusively to scan product barcodes. No photos or videos are recorded, stored, or transmitted. Camera access is optional and can be managed via device settings.

3.4 Network and Technical Information

To function properly, Sosklada requires an internet connection.

We may collect limited technical data such as:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• Network status
• IP address (for security and connectivity purposes)

We do not collect precise location data, contact lists, or personal files from your device.

3.5 Analytics and Usage Data

When analytics is enabled, the application uses Google Analytics for Firebase (provided by Google LLC as a service provider) to understand how the application is used. The following data may be collected:

• Screens viewed and features used
• Product views, cart changes and completed orders (product, brand, category, quantity and amount)
• Search terms entered in the application
• App version, device type, operating system and app instance identifiers
• The device advertising ID (collected by the analytics SDK and used for analytics only)

Analytics data is linked to an internal user identifier and the business customer (account) code; it is therefore not anonymous. E-mail addresses, names, phone numbers and passwords are not sent to analytics. Analytics data is not used for advertising, is not shared with advertising partners and is retained by Google for no longer than 14 months.

You can reset or opt out of the advertising ID in your device settings.

3.6 Application and Contact Forms

If you choose to use the in-app application form or contact form, the details you enter (such as name, company name, tax information, address, phone number, e-mail address and your message) are sent to us to process your request. Using these forms is optional.

3.7 Push Notifications

When push notifications are enabled, the application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC). A device notification token is generated and stored on our servers together with your account so that we can send notifications about orders, campaigns and announcements. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings; the token is removed from your account when you log out.

4. How We Use Information

Collected information is used to:

• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Provide B2B functionality (orders, stock, transactions, product search)
• Send push notifications about orders, campaigns and announcements
• Respond to application and contact form requests
• Maintain application security
• Analyze usage to improve performance and user experience

We do not show advertisements in the application and do not use data for third-party advertising or profiling.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or business data.

Data may be shared only with:

• Technical service providers acting on our behalf strictly for service operation: hosting and infrastructure providers, and Google LLC (Firebase: Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Legal authorities if required by applicable law

All service providers are obligated to protect data confidentiality. Google's processing is described at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements.

Authentication data stored on the device is deleted when the user logs out or removes the application. The push notification token is removed from the account on logout.

Analytics data is retained by Google for no longer than 14 months and is then deleted automatically.

Users may request account and data deletion by contacting us via the details provided above.

7. User Rights

Depending on applicable laws, users may have the right to:

• Access their data
• Request correction or deletion
• Restrict or object to data processing
• Turn off push notifications in device settings
• Reset or opt out of the advertising ID in device settings
• Withdraw consent for optional features (e.g., camera)

8. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

• Encrypted local storage
• Secure HTTPS communication
• Access control and system monitoring

Despite best efforts, no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed or stored on servers located outside the user's country. Appropriate safeguards are applied to ensure data protection in accordance with applicable regulations.

10. Children's Privacy

Sosklada is intended for business users only. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published within the application and/or on the official website.

Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Konum, rehber veya dosya erişimi yoktur.

3.5 Analitik Veriler

Analitik etkin olduğunda uygulama, nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak için Google Analytics for Firebase'i (hizmet sağlayıcı: Google LLC) kullanır. Toplanabilecek veriler:

• Görüntülenen ekranlar ve kullanılan özellikler
• Ürün görüntülemeleri, sepet değişiklikleri ve tamamlanan siparişler (ürün, marka, kategori, miktar ve tutar)
• Uygulamada yapılan aramalar
• Uygulama sürümü, cihaz türü, işletim sistemi ve uygulama örneği kimlikleri
• Cihazın reklam kimliği (analitik SDK'sı tarafından toplanır, yalnızca analiz için kullanılır)

Analitik veriler dahili kullanıcı kimliği ve işletmenin müşteri (cari) kodu ile ilişkilendirilir; bu nedenle anonim değildir. E-posta adresi, ad, telefon numarası ve şifre analitiğe gönderilmez. Analitik veriler reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz, reklam ortaklarıyla paylaşılmaz ve Google tarafından en fazla 14 ay saklanır.

Reklam kimliğini cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz.

3.6 Başvuru ve İletişim Formları

Uygulamadaki başvuru veya iletişim formunu kullanırsanız girdiğiniz bilgiler (ad, şirket adı, vergi bilgileri, adres, telefon numarası, e-posta adresi ve mesajınız gibi) talebinizin işlenmesi için bize iletilir. Bu formların kullanımı isteğe bağlıdır.

3.7 Anlık (Push) Bildirimler

Bildirimler etkin olduğunda uygulama Firebase Cloud Messaging'i (Google LLC) kullanır. Siparişler, kampanyalar ve duyurular hakkında bildirim gönderebilmemiz için cihaza ait bir bildirim anahtarı (token) oluşturulur ve hesabınızla birlikte sunucularımızda saklanır. Bildirimleri istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz; oturumu kapattığınızda anahtar hesabınızdan silinir.

4. Verilerin Kullanımı

Veriler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılır:

• Kullanıcı doğrulama ve hesap yönetimi
• Sipariş, stok, işlem ve ürün arama
• Siparişler, kampanyalar ve duyurular hakkında bildirim gönderme
• Başvuru ve iletişim taleplerini yanıtlama
• Güvenlik
• Kullanım analizi ile performans ve kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirme

Uygulamada reklam gösterilmez; veriler üçüncü taraf reklamcılığı veya profil oluşturma amacıyla kullanılmaz.

5. Veri Paylaşımı

Veriler satılmaz, kiralanmaz ve yetkisiz kişilerle paylaşılmaz.

Veriler yalnızca şu taraflarla paylaşılabilir:

• Yalnızca hizmetin işletilmesi için bizim adımıza çalışan teknik hizmet sağlayıcılar: barındırma ve altyapı sağlayıcıları ile Google LLC (Firebase: Google Analytics for Firebase ve Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Yasaların gerektirdiği durumlarda yetkili makamlar

6. Saklama ve Silme

• Gerekli süre boyunca saklanır
• Oturum kapatıldığında yerel veriler silinir ve bildirim anahtarı hesaptan kaldırılır
• Analitik veriler Google tarafından en fazla 14 ay saklanır, ardından otomatik silinir
• Talep halinde hesap ve veriler silinir

7. Kullanıcı Hakları

Kullanıcı:

• Verilerine erişebilir
• Düzeltme / silme talep edebilir
• Bildirimleri cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilir
• Reklam kimliğini cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya devre dışı bırakabilir
• İzinleri geri alabilir

8. Güvenlik

Uygulamada aşağıdaki önlemler uygulanır:

• Yetkilendirme kontrolleri

9. Uluslararası Aktarım

Veriler farklı ülkelerdeki sunucularda işlenebilir.

10. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 18 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır.

Güncellemeler uygulama ve web sitesinde yayınlanır.
